Wipro has announced a new collaboration with SIAM.AI, a member of the NVIDIA Cloud Partner Program based in Thailand.
This partnership will focus on leveraging NVIDIA's accelerated computing and software to create an AI-powered digital assistant for the Tourism Authority of Thailand.
The collaboration aims to utilize local infrastructure, data, and networks to advance Thailand's sovereign AI objectives.
The AI-powered virtual assistant, named 'Sukjai,' will be built on the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software platform, SIAM.AI’s expertise, and Wipro’s Enterprise Generative AI (WeGA) Studio.
Sukjai is designed to deliver personalized, up-to-date, and timely information to both domestic and international travelers, offering highly tailored experiences.
At the same time, it will help the Tourism Authority of Thailand efficiently manage the increasing number of visitors.
Sukjai will provide 24/7 support, offering essential information about transportation schedules, destinations, accommodation availability, recommended activities, and crowd flow at popular attractions.
It will also provide customized recommendations based on individual preferences, along with details on emergency services, safety, and security alerts.
This AI-powered assistant aims to enhance the overall tourist experience while streamlining operations for Thailand’s tourism sector.
