What does ProCapitas actually do?
Three things. We run a mentor-led Investment Banking career pathway for candidates, provide specialist recruitment for finance firms hiring analysts through to leadership, and deliver Investment Banking and financial services to businesses — capital budgeting, corporate finance, restructuring and wealth management.
Is the Placement Plan just an Investment Banking course?
No. The learning content is one part of it. The plan covers the full pathway — skills, practical IB projects, mentorship, profile building, interview preparation and structured placement support.
What does the placement guarantee mean?
Placement support is built into the programme rather than added at the end. You build the skills, build your profile, and get connected to relevant opportunities through the ProCapitas network. It is subject to eligibility criteria, completion requirements and applicable terms, confirmed at the time of application. No specific company or hiring outcome is promised.
Can companies hire through ProCapitas?
Yes. We work with investment banks, boutique firms, private equity and venture capital, equity research, asset and wealth management, financial advisory and fintech — covering analyst, associate, specialist and senior-level roles with role-specific screening rather than keyword matching.
