Inox Wind's share price saw a slight increase in early trading on November 12 following the announcement of a repeat turnkey order for 87 MW from Continuum Green Energy.

This order is for the supply and installation of 3 MW class wind turbine generators (WTGs). At 09:19 AM, Inox Wind shares were trading at Rs 205.55, marking a gain of Rs 0.85 or 0.42 percent on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

The 87 MW order will be executed on a comprehensive, end-to-end turnkey basis across the states of Gujarat and Rajasthan.

Additionally, Inox Wind will provide multi-year post-commissioning operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the project.

This new order brings the total cumulative orders from Continuum Green Energy to approximately 700 MW, contributing to Inox Wind’s record-high order book, which now exceeds 3.4 GW.

Kailash Tarachandani, the Group CEO of Inox Wind, expressed his enthusiasm about the new order, highlighting the strong partnership between Inox Wind and Continuum Green Energy.

He also noted that Inox Wind's state-of-the-art 3 MW turbines and exceptional turnkey wind solutions continue to be in high demand among project developers.

Tarachandani further emphasized that the company’s order book is at its highest level ever and that there is strong market demand as developers increasingly work on hybrid, round-the-clock, or FDRE (Firm Dispatchable Renewable Energy) solutions, with a significant portion dedicated to wind energy.

Inox Wind had previously reported a substantial increase in its financial performance, with a 161 percent year-on-year rise in its net profit.

For the quarter ended September 2024, the company posted a net profit of Rs 25.67 crore, compared to Rs 9.92 crore in the same period last year.
